Online Bingo Terms: Follow The Actual Bingo Rules While Playing Bingo Online
All online bingo halls use some bingo terms and jargons, which a player must know in order to have a better understanding of the game.

Admission package: To begin with there is a minimum number of cards that a player must buy as a part of the admission process. A player must purchase an admission packet which usually has three to six cards for each game and some exclusive cards for special games. The contents of your admission packet may vary from hall to hall.

Blackout: It's a pattern in which you must cover the whole card to win the game. In regular games, of the total 75 numbers usually 50-55 numbers are called in order to cover all the numbers on the card. But in blackout bingo a player must daub all the numbers on the card within a limited number of calls, which is usually fixed at 43 numbers.

Bingo Board: It's an electronic display board that lights up showing each number as and when it is called.

Bonanza Bingo: It's a progressive coverall jackpot which is played as the 13th game during a bingo session. Players mark 45 numbers which are drawn before the session and set them aside. Usually $ 1 is to be paid as an additional fee to play this game. In this the countdown begins at 48 numbers or less and goes up to one number per week to 52 numbers or until won. More the number of cards sold more is the prize of the jackpot.

Blower: It's basically a high force air device that shuffles bingo balls and dispenses them to the caller, who announces them and displays it on the bingo board.

Buy-In: In this you need to buy bingo cards or probably and admission packet which converts cash into bingo cards.

Caller: It's a person or a machine who calls out the bingo numbers for the players.

Card: A card contains 24 numbered spaces and one blank space with which you play BINGO. The numbers are assigned randomly on each card and are arranged in five columns and five rows (5 x 5 = 25 in total including the blank square). The numbers in the B column are between 1 and 15, in the first column they are between 16 and 30, in the N column (containing four numbers and the free space) between 31 and 45, in the G column between 46 and 60, and in the O column between 61 and 75. Today, players have thousands of unique (unduplicated) cards to choose from. Some card manufacturers print unduplicated series of 6,000 cards. There are also series of 9,000 cards available. Hard cards and Flimsy cards have a series number printed on them.

Chat room: It's a small screen displayed alongside your game on which you can type messages for other players and receive their replies.

Coverall: It's a pattern in which must cover the whole card to win. It is same as the blackout (minimum of 43 numbers).

Consolation Prize: These are the prizes given to the players in some special games, given there is no winner in a predetermined number of calls.
